Support the writers, grow beard

i'm normally not a facial hair type o' gal but i'll be damned. i think these dudes look kind of hot with their new fur layers.
and the fact that it's a beard for a cause, even better.

p.s. leno didn't have a beard and he actually said this. in his monologue (which the writer's didn't want them to do). “A Jew, a Christian and a Muslim walk into a bar, the Jew says to the Muslim — see, I have no idea what they say, because there’s a writers’ strike.”
He actually said that. Sweet Lord Jesus. That might be the saddest thing I've ever heard.

The striking writers union told member Jay Leno on Thursday that he violated its rules by penning and delivering punch lines in his first "Tonight" show monologue in two months on NBC the night before.
