sidebar: being on franklin avenue outside of la poubelle, bird's, prizzi's and the ucb while we found out about Obama was one of the most amazing experiences i've ever had.
strangers were hugging, people were crying happy tears and it was a super fun block party. this was the only time i didn't get annoyed by non-stop car horns and woohooing.
